WHY CHOOSEWELDCO
ㅡWelding, engineering and safety supplies for the Australian trade
WeldCo supplies welding machines, consumables, abrasives, power and hand tools, PPE and industrial gear to fabricators, workshops and maintenance teams right across Australia — stocked from trusted brands including UNIMIG, CIGWELD, PFERD and Kincrome. We back the range with same-day service wherever we can, trade accounts and online ordering through TradeStore, and branches in Laverton North (VIC) and Wingfield (SA).
Beyond the catalogue, our team keeps trade workshops running: vendor-managed WeldCo Cabinets that stay stocked on-site, on-site safety assessments, machine service and repairs, and welding courses for teams building their skills. Not sure what you need? Call us on 1300 935 326 or read our welding guides.
Who we supply
Most of our customers are trade: fabrication shops, engineering workshops, maintenance and plant teams, boilermakers, and contractors who need gear on site rather than in a catalogue. The common thread is that they get through consumables — contact tips, discs, tungstens, gloves and lenses — faster than anyone expects, and losing an afternoon to a missing box costs far more than the box did. That is the problem most of what we do is aimed at.
Ordering and delivery
Trade customers run their purchasing through TradeStore, our online portal: contract account pricing already applied, one-tap reordering from favourites and order history, online quoting, and live delivery tracking through to proof of delivery. If you would rather talk to a person, the counter is still the counter — call 1300 935 326 and someone who knows the products will pick up.
Where we are
We supply Australia-wide from two sites. Laverton North in Victoria is the full operation — trade counter, workshop, and the technicians who travel to site for assessments, testing and repairs. Wingfield in South Australia is a supply and fulfilment site, carrying stock and dispatching orders to keep freight times down for SA customers; on-site services run out of Victoria. You can see both, and the people at them, on our branches page.
